The EE Just Society is an organization of underrepresented minority hematology physicians and researchers formally organized in 1984. The members of this organization come from countries all over the world. This society creates a forum for research advancement, mentorship to trainees at every level, and collaborates with initiatives that benefit the general community of hematology patients.

 The purposes of this society are:

PURPOSE #1

To provide an open forum for the exchange of ideas among the membership in respect to research and therapy in disorders of the erythrocyte.

PURPOSE #2

To provide a method for dissemination of information related to research and therapy of erythrocyte disorders.

PURPOSE #3

To enhance collaboration among the members engaged in research and treatment of erythrocyte disorders.
